Coming one week from today! I am participating in TWO group exhibits. BOTH open Nov 3rd! 6x6 is local and at Dakota Art Store - Bellingham - its a fundraising event. TEN by TEN is in Chicago at Jackson Junge Gallery

For the 6x6 event I donated two 4x4 moth #collages that are wrapped with a 6x6 tile. Each of these has a small strip of velvet in them. They are an absolute steal for $25. The event is popular, sales are first come first purchase!

For the TEN by TEN I submitted a vintage botanical - this piece was not wrapped, instead i created a backround of strips. It feels like 2 collages in one. The criteria of this exhibit has artists send work that is EXACTLY 10x10. Normally my work which is two sided hangs with a clip at the top. For this exhibit i had to sew in a string for hanging. My first attempt had it hanging upside down. UGH.

BOTH shows highlight over 300 pieces of art!!

I am delighted and very grateful to end my year this way, considering the medical hoopla now gone by.
