Soft Launch At Ewing Manor
FALL OF 2012 found Bloomington/ Normal's very first food truck - TWO BLOKES AND A BUS on it's first run! They had just past their health inspection! The crisp fall setting at Ewing Manor) was gorgeous. The 1958 Double Decker bus named Victoria looked mighty fine. The food, all scratch made was absolutely delicious. The bus galley was a tad crowded, and smokey, no worries - nothing a few different fans and a bit of choreography couldn't fix!! There was something quite lovely about a line of people waiting for globally inspired street food!!
